We offer a 30-day free return and exchange policy from the date of delivery for all products purchased through zmhomey.com.
Conditions for Return/Exchange:
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and included items must be returned together.
- A return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Email us at alice@seewis.cn with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 24 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Ship the product back using the provided return label (free for defective items; customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns).
Refund Processing:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Bank Transfer, PayPal, or credit card).
- Shipping fees are non-refundable except for defective products or shipping errors.
Exchange Policy:
- If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
- If you wish to exchange for a different product or model, the price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or OEM/ODM products with specific client requirements.
- Products damaged due to misuse, unauthorized modification, or improper installation.
- Products returned without prior RMA authorization.
1-Year Product Warranty
All SEEWIS products come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty starting from the delivery date. This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
- Hardware malfunctions under normal use conditions.
- Free repair or replacement of defective components.
Warranty does NOT cover:
- Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or accidents.
- Normal wear and tear of consumable parts.
- Software issues or third-party compatibility problems.
- Products modified or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
- Damage during shipping (please inspect upon delivery and report within 48 hours).
To claim warranty: Email alice@seewis.cn with your order number, product photos, and a description of the issue.
3. Shipping Damage
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge before shipping.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but can be returned under our 30-day return policy.
- Custom orders that have entered production cannot be cancelled.
