1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Custom/OEM orders: 15-30 business days production lead time + shipping.
- Processing occurs Monday-Friday, excluding Chinese public holidays.
2. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and dimensions.
- Free shipping available for orders over $500 (North America & EU only).
- Large/bulk orders may incur additional freight charges (quoted separately).
3. Customs & Import Duties
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
- These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are NOT included in the product price or shipping cost.
- We declare the actual product value on customs forms. If you need a specific declared value, please contact us before shipping.
- SEEWIS is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

5. Shipping Damage
- Please inspect your package upon delivery.
- If products arrive damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund for shipping-damaged items.
