1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of zmhomey.com and the purchase of products from Shenzhen Jianzhi Technology Co., Ltd. (“SEEWIS”). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products & Pricing

• All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders.
• Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is binding.
• We are not responsible for pricing errors or typographical mistakes.

3. Orders & Payment

• Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
• We accept Bank Transfer (T/T), PayPal, and Check Payment.
• Custom/OEM orders require a deposit (typically 50%) before production begins.
• Production lead time for custom orders: 15-30 business days depending on quantity and specifications.

4. Shipping

• We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS, and other carriers.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
• Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Estimated delivery time: 5-15 business days depending on destination.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on zmhomey.com, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of SEEWIS or its content creators and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. OEM/ODM Terms

• Custom designs and specifications must be agreed upon in writing before production.
• Tooling and mold fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
• Intellectual property for custom designs belongs to the client upon full payment.
• Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply to custom products.

7. Limitation of Liability

SEEWIS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product(s) in question.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or supply chain disruptions.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation first, then through arbitration in Shenzhen, China.
